CMS Quality Management and Review System (QMARS)
Advisors member company CVP led the design and implementation of the Quality Management and Review Systems (QMARS) to replace and expand on the functionality of the legacy system, streamline business processes, and accommodate current technological and security standards. QMARS incorporates clinical protocol standards and supports the collection of documentation to enable decision making by the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) staff (nurses/clinicians) responsible for the resolution of complaints.

CVP implemented Pegasystems BPM™, creating a redesigned QMARS case management system that streamlines the review process, reduces the amount of time required to complete reviews, and has greatly improved overall customer satisfaction with the review process.

New York Statewide Police Information Network (NYSPIN)
KYC Advisors member KYM developed and implemented the Integrated Justice Portal (IJP) as a replacement for the legacy Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice Services System. The new IIJ is a one-stop information shopping platform for all NYS Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice entities and users.

IJP is 100% compliant with NYS architectural requirements for open hardware and software standards with minimal vendor dependency. The solution is developed based on principles of Services Oriented Architecture with end-to- end NIEM conformance, and adheres to requirements for NCIC 2000 compliance.

KYM developed and led a comprehensive data migration from the legacy system to a Web Portal-based UI, all while maintaining full operations of the legacy terminal services, which were sunsetted once IJP was operational.

DHS Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)
KYC Advisors member CVP implemented a COTS product, the MuleSoft Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), to ensure secure, efficient transport of data within the DHS and the federal government, and to and from partners that participate in approving and monitoring student and exchange visitors to the United States.

During the migration to the new SEVIS platform, CVP provided operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the existing SEVIS Service software application, as well as design, development, and O&M support for the SEVIS Information Sharing module, a component of the SEVIS Modernization effort.
